为实现快速远距离操作,大口径六片式卡箍快卸链条结构被用于CSNS/RCS横向束流准直系统。考虑接触非线性和材料非线性,本文使用ANSYS,首次从理论上分析了该快卸链条在单片链条不同角度时对密封性能的影响,同时以做实验用的铝垫圈为研究对象得出了该结构实现密封所需拧紧力矩的范围。通过CSNS/RCS主准直器中六片式卡箍快卸链条KF300的使用,验证了该结构密封的可行性及理论分析的可靠性,为次准直器中真空快卸链条的结构设计和密封所需拧紧力矩的大小提供了理论基础。
For fast, long-distance operation, the large diameter six-piece clamp quick-release chain is used for the CSNS / RCS lateral beam collimation system. Taking into account the contact nonlinearity and material nonlinearity, ANSYS is used in this paper for the first time to theoretically analyze the effect of the quick release chain on the sealing performance at different angles of the single chain.
