本文采用高压气相充氢——离子探针分析法定量测定了氢沿21Cr-7Ni-9Mn-N奥氏体钢截面分布曲线,据此求出了氢溶解度、扩散系数,并间接计算出氢渗透率等参数。同时还对高压充氢后在空气中长期时效试样及电子束焊缝试样中的氢分布状况进行了研究。
