机关事业单位是重要的组成部分,其工资分配制度是健全国家公务员制度,实现机关事业单位创新变革的重要载体。在近几年相关文件的推出、国家政策的指引下我国机关事业单位工资分配改革步伐逐渐加大,虽然在一定程度上推动了机关事业单位的有序发展,但是仍旧存在诸多缺陷与不足,需进一步加强分析与探究,构建适合机关事业单位不同特点的工资分配制度,实现机关事业单位的科学化与制度化。
