目的:讨论单独使用桑枝提取物对大鼠脑梗死的保护作用。方法:32只大鼠随机均分为4组,分别为假手术组、模型组、桑枝提取物组,阳性药物尼莫地平对照组。采用大脑中动脉线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻断模型,连续两周灌胃给予桑枝提取物8g生药/kg,观察桑枝提取物脑梗死面积、行为学指标、血清SOD及MDA含量等指标变化的影响。结果:与模型对照组相比,桑枝提取物组大鼠的梗死面积及行为学指标没有明显的改变,血清SOD活性明显升高,MDA水平无明显变化。结论:本次实验中桑枝提取物对线栓法造成的大鼠脑缺血所引起的缺血再灌注损伤的改善作用不具有统计学意义,但SOD指标表现出一定的保护作用趋势,其抗脑缺血损伤的作用有待进一步确认。
Objective: To discuss the protective effect of mulberry branch alone on cerebral infarction in rats. Methods: Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham-operation group, model group, mulberry branch extract group and nimodipine-positive control group.
