人社部发[2008]9号天津市、山西省、河南省、湖北省、湖南省、新疆自治区人事厅(局)、劳动和社会保障厅(局)、财政厅(局):经国务院同意,天津市、山西省、河南省、湖北省、湖南省、新疆自治区自2007年1月1日起将做实企业职工基本养老保险个人账户比例从3%提高到4%,中央财政按规定给予补助。请上述省(自治区、直辖市)按照国务院批复的试点实施方案要求,认真做好提高做实个人账户比例的相关工作。二○○八年四月八日
Human resources department (bureau), Labor and Social Security Bureau (bureau) and Finance Bureau (bureau) of Tianjin, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Xinjiang autonomous regions: With the approval of the State Council , Tianjin, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Xinjiang Autonomous Regions increased the proportion of personal accounts of basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees from 3% to 4% as of January 1, 2007, and the central government was required to grant Grants. The above provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are requested to conscientiously do their part in improving the proportion of actual individual accounts in accordance with the pilot implementation plan approved by the State Council.
