研究了Q&P与Q&T工艺对TRIP600钢组织和力学性能的影响。利用拉伸试验机、XRD和金相显微镜进行了性能测试和组织分析,结果表明:经Q&P和Q&T工艺处理后的TRIP600钢显微组织由铁素体、马氏体和残留奥氏体组成。Q&P工艺处理试验钢的强塑积明显高于Q&T工艺的,当Q&P工艺的配分时间为60 min时,残留奥氏体的体积分数达到最大值,强塑积达到最佳22661.408 MPa·%。
The effects of Q & P and Q & T process on microstructure and mechanical properties of TRIP600 steel were studied. Tensile testing machine, XRD and metallographic microscope were used to test the properties and microstructure of the steel. The results show that the microstructure of TRIP600 treated by Q & P and Q & T process consists of ferrite, martensite and retained austenite. The strength plastic product of Q & P process steel is obviously higher than that of Q & T process. When the mixing time of Q & P process is 60 min, the volume fraction of retained austenite reaches the maximum, and the plastic product reaches 22661.408 MPa ·%.
