目的对胸部肿瘤患者进行放射治疗(放疗)时,测量两种体位固定技术的摆位误差。方法 72例胸部肿瘤患者,随机分为研究组与参照组,各36例。研究组采用翼形板+真空垫固定体位,参照组采用真空垫固定体位。在治疗的过程中,采用电路板插件测试器(CBCT)对患者进行5次摆位误差的测量。结果研究组Z轴方向摆位偏差(2.32±1.31)mm小于参照组的(2.95±1.25)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组与研究组左右方向、上下方向摆位偏差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用翼形板+真空垫固定体位技术可以减小胸部肿瘤放疗的摆位误差,提升了摆位的精准度,值得推广。
Objective To measure the placement errors of two kinds of postural fixation techniques in radiotherapy (radiotherapy) of patients with thoracic tumors. Methods 72 patients with thoracic tumors were randomly divided into study group and reference group, with 36 cases in each group. The research team used the wing plate + vacuum pad to fix the position, and the reference group used the vacuum pad to fix the position. During the treatment, the patient was measured for 5 setup errors using the CBCT. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups (2.32 ± 1.31) mm in the Z axis and 2.95 ± 1.25 mm in the reference group (P <0.05) The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The use of the wing plate + vacuum pad fixed position technique can reduce the setting error of chest radiotherapy, and improve the precision of positioning. It is worth to be popularized.
