近年来,关于缩短结核菌培养时间和提高阳性率的研究已引起普遍重视。我院在卵黄培养中加雄酮、皮质素和氯化血红素,获得较好效果。现将方法和结果初步报告如下.材料和方法(一)培养基制备:1.基础培养基:天门冬素 1.0克味素 1.0克酪蛋白水解物 0.8克柠檬酸铵 0.2克硫酸镁 0.08克磷酸二氢钾 2.0克甘油 4.0毫升蒸溜水 50.0毫升加热溶化上述成份,加1%刚果红水溶液2毫升,新鲜鸡卵黄100毫升及卵白50毫
