手表零件多以冷冲压成型,要求冲压件精度高,表面光洁度好,变形小。因此,对模具不仅要求有较高强度、硬度和耐磨性,同时还要求模具有足够的韧性。我厂使用的CrWMn钢冷冲模具,曾一度使用寿命较短,一般冲裁仅几千次,有的则在试模时就产生崩裂。为此,我们对手表冷冲模具进行了失效分析,并在此基础上探索了一种强韧化处理的新工艺,经4~5年来的生产实践证明,采用新工艺处理的模具,使用寿命普遍可提高3~4倍,同时还提高了手表零件的冲裁质量。
