目的:探讨更好处理基层医院外科病房护患关系的措施,并分析护患关系的重要意义。方法:选择浙江省永嘉县10所基层医院为调研点,选择2014年1~6月在10所医院外科病房进行治疗的150例患者作为对照组,2014年7~12月期间医院外科病房的150例作为干预组,并随机抽取同时对两组患者进行护理的护理人员80名作为研究对象。对照组按常规程序进行患者的护理工作,干预组在一系列改善护患关系的措施下进行患者的护理工作,比较两组的护理差错发生率以及患者、护理人员满意度互评结果。结果:干预组和对照组的护理差错发生率、满意度互评结果均有显著性差异,P<0.05,护理差错发生率干预组低于对照组;互评满意度干预组高于对照组。结论:实行一系列改善护患关系的措施后,护理人员的护理质量和护理服务水平得到了明显提高,患者和护理人员的相互满意度也有了显著的提升,实施改善基层医院外科病房护患关系的措施是切实可行。
Objective: To explore measures to better handle the relationship between nurses and nurses in surgical ward in primary hospitals and to analyze the significance of nurse-patient relationship. Methods: Ten grassroots hospitals in Yongjia County of Zhejiang Province were selected as research sites. 150 patients treated in surgical wards of 10 hospitals from January to June 2014 were selected as the control group. From July to December 2014, 150 Cases as the intervention group, and randomly selected at the same time on the two groups of nurses nursing staff 80 as the research object. Patients in the control group were treated according to the routine procedure. The intervention group conducted nursing work under a series of measures to improve the nurse-patient relationship. The incidence of nursing errors and the mutual satisfaction of patients and nurses were compared between the two groups. Results: There was a significant difference in the incidence of nursing mistakes and mutual satisfaction ratings between intervention group and control group, P <0.05. The incidence of nursing errors in intervention group was lower than that in control group. Inter-peer satisfaction was higher in intervention group than in control group. Conclusion: After implementing a series of measures to improve the relationship between nurses and nurses, the nursing staff’s nursing quality and nursing service level have been significantly improved. The mutual satisfaction between patients and nursing staff has also been significantly improved. The improvement of the nurse-patient relationship in the surgical wards of primary hospitals The measure is feasible.
