目的分析不同剂量他汀类药物治疗早期急性心肌梗死的临床效果和安全性。方法早期急性心肌梗死病人77例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予20mg瑞舒伐他汀,对照组给予10mg瑞舒伐他汀。对比两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平及生活质量,观察两组不良心血管事件和药物不良反应情况。结果治疗后观察组LDL-C、TC、TG及CRP水平低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的生活质量评分均高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组(11.11% vs 34.38%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较高剂量的瑞舒伐他汀治疗早期急性心肌梗死可显著改善病人血脂水平,降低机体炎症反应,保护血管内皮细胞,降低不良心血管事件的发生率,提高病人生活质量,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects and safety of different doses of statins in the treatment of early acute myocardial infarction. Methods 77 patients with early acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received 20 mg rosuvastatin, while the control group received 10 mg rosuvastatin. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (11.11% vs 34.38%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions A higher dose of rosuvastatin in the treatment of early acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve the patient’s blood lipid level, reduce the inflammatory reaction, protect the vascular endothelial cells, reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and improve the quality of life of patients with high safety Sex.
