一、对下岗待业人员的培训、安置应引起有关领导部门的重视,并且组织协调各方面力量,有计划地从组织和财力等方面落实措施,改变目前谁都管谁都不管相互观望局面。二、各企事业单位对下岗人员要与在岗人员一视同仁,不能以简单方式将下岗人员推向社会了事,而应积极地妥善地组织下岗人员培训,为帮助他们进入劳务市场创造条件。
First, the training and placement of laid-off workers should draw the attention of the relevant leading departments and organize and coordinate all aspects of their efforts. They should implement measures from the aspects of organization and financial resources in a planned way and change the current situation where no one cares about each other. 2. All enterprises and institutions should treat laid-off workers equally with those on the job and can not simply put laid-off workers to the society. Instead, they should properly and properly organize the training of laid-off workers and create conditions for them to help them enter the labor market.
