9月1日,电话用户真实身份信息登记(以下简称电话实名登记)正式实施,这是电信运营企业加强用户管理的基础,是保护用户权益、建立诚信社会的务实举措,是打击犯罪和电信诈骗等违法活动的有效途径,也是促进电信行业健康有序发展的重要措施。为确保全省新增电话用户按时、全面实现实名登记,江苏省通信管理局与省内运营公司一起早谋划、早布置,积极稳妥推进全省电话实名登记工作。截至2013年10月底,据统计全省新增电话用户实名登记率为99.94%,全省所有电话用户实名登记率超过91.62%。

As of the end of October 2013, according to statistics, the province’s new telephone subscribers’ real-name registration rate was 99.94%, and the province’s real-name registration rate of all telephone subscribers exceeded 91.62%.
