目的建立硝酸异山梨酯片假冒单硝酸异山梨酯片的检测方法。方法采用TLC、HPLC和MS分析方法。结果所抽查样品被硝酸异山梨酯假冒。结论所用方法专属性强、灵敏度高、操作简便,可作为药检部门监督打假的参考方法。
Objective To establish a method for the detection of isosorbide mononitrate tablets by isosorbide dinitrate tablets. Methods TLC, HPLC and MS analysis methods. The results of the sample is isosorbide dinosate fake. Conclusion The method used is specific, sensitive and easy to operate. It can be used as a reference method for drug control department to supervise counterfeiting.
