目的探讨泌尿外科应用双J导管出现并发症的原因和对策。方法对128例应用双J导管发生并发症患者的临床资料进行分析。结果对出现的并发症有腰痛54例、肉眼血尿32例、管腔梗阻17例、膀胱刺激症状18例、双J导管移位3例及尿路感染4例。经行相应的有效处理后,并发症均获消除。结论双J导管在泌尿外科应用过程中有一定并发症,经过预防和相应处理完全可以得到有效控制。
Objective To investigate the causes and countermeasures of the complications of double J catheter in urology. Methods Clinical data of 128 patients with double J catheter complications were analyzed. Results There were 54 cases of low back pain, 32 cases of gross hematuria, 17 cases of lumen obstruction, 18 cases of bladder irritation, 3 cases of double J catheter displacement and 4 cases of urinary tract infection. After the corresponding effective treatment, complications were eliminated. Conclusion Double J catheter has some complications in the urological application process, which can be effectively controlled after prevention and corresponding treatment.
