这次在曲江,看到老区建设上有许多新的气象,有许多好的经验,很受启发。曲江是老区工作基础比较扎实的典型。曲江又是富有革命传统的地方。我认为,曲江的老区建设,比较有普遍意义的经验,主要是:第一,靠山吃山,发展“三高”农业。造林、种果、种茶、冬菇、竹笋、药材以及采用山地发展养殖业……。小坑林场去年木材产值达1100万元;白沙镇龙皇洞管区建立沙田袖基地,去年已收果的一百公顷,产值350万元;沙溪镇凡洞管区引进优质茶苗,办起种茶40公顷的茶场,去年收入40多万元,乌石镇蒙里管区,引进技术,发动群众种芥菜,加工潮州咸酸菜、贡菜,单此一项,产值6万元。
