建筑电气施工是建筑工程的重要步骤,它直接关系着该建筑通电情况。建筑电气施工有很强的专业性质,对技术性和安全性的要求都很高。所以,对于电气施工来说,人的管理是控制其工程质量的首要因素。目前世界上比较先进的管理理念中,人性化管理得到了最为广泛应用。人性化管理充分体现了“以人为本”的思想,在工程管理中具有很强的时效性和可操作性。将人性化管理应用于建筑电气施工中,得到了施工管理者的一致认可。本文着重探讨人性化管理在建筑电气施工中的应用,探讨如何使其促进电气施工变得更加的科学化、合理化和规范化。
Construction Electrical construction is an important step in a building project and is directly related to the electricity supplied to the building. Construction of electrical construction has a strong professional nature, technical and safety requirements are high. Therefore, for electrical construction, human management is the primary factor that controls the quality of its construction. Currently the world’s more advanced management concepts, human management has been the most widely used. Humanized management fully reflects the “people-oriented ” thinking, in project management has a strong timeliness and maneuverability. The humanized management applied to the construction of electrical construction, construction managers have been unanimously approved. This article focuses on the application of humanized management in the construction of electrical construction and discusses how to make it more scientific, rational and standardized for electrical construction.
