教师的健康包括身体健康和心理健康,但人们往往重视前者而忽视后者。教师怎样才能保持自身的心理健康呢?我们认为不妨从以下四方面做起:一、教师自身对此足够重视教师的情绪、情感会影响到学生的情绪、情感,教师作为学生的榜样直接影响着学生的心理品质。所以说只有心理健康的教师才能培养出的心理健康的学生。因此教师自己要充分认识到塑造健康心理的重要性,自觉学习有关心理健康教育的理论知识,使他们通过领悟和内省,获得认知和行为上的改变,实现从自我认知到自我调控的变化,从而走出困境。
