目的:了解当前喂养决策者的喂养方式与行为及营养知识的掌握情况,大力开展有针对性的健康教育。方法:2008年1~3月为来广州市妇婴医院儿童保健门诊做定期保健的小儿家长随机发放“家庭喂养行为”问卷,回收有效问卷544份。结果:能正确掌握喂养方法与喂养决策者的文化程度有关;由于缺乏系统的科学育儿教育,仍存在一些喂养“问题”;家长最希望得到育儿知识的途径是向儿童保健医生询问;最关注的是小儿的健康情况、智力发育及营养状况。结论:小儿的营养投入取决于喂养决策者的喂养行为和营养知识水平,必须利用各种渠道提高家长和喂养决策者的喂养知识水平,使他们能够掌握正确的喂养方式和行为。
OBJECTIVES: To understand the current feeding decision-makers’ methods of feeding and behavioral and nutritional knowledge mastery, vigorously carry out targeted health education. Methods: From January to March, 2008, parents of children who came to Guangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital for outpatient health care regularly distributed “Family Feeding Behavior” questionnaire, 544 valid questionnaires were collected. Results: The correct understanding of the feeding method is related to the educational level of feeding decision-makers. Due to the lack of systematic scientific childcare education, there are still some problems of feeding. The most important way for parents to get parenting knowledge is to ask the child health care physician. Concerned about the child’s health, mental development and nutritional status. CONCLUSIONS: Pediatric nutritional input depends on the feeding behavior and nutritional knowledge of feeding decision-makers. Various channels must be used to improve parental and feeding decision-makers’ knowledge of feeding to enable them to master proper feeding practices and behaviors.
