在经济全球化进程日益加快的今天,人才共享已成为企业低成本扩张的有效手段。 以互联网为基础的新经济的标志之一就是信息资源及知识的共享。在“知识共享”理念风靡全球的今天,人才共享也闪亮登场。人才共享是对人才的企业所有制、地区所有制、国家所有制的一种挑战,客观上要求从更广的角度、更大的范围、更高的效率来配置人才资源。这是我国加入世贸组织后面临的一个崭新的话题。
At an accelerating economic globalization, talent sharing has become an effective means of low-cost expansion of enterprises. One of the hallmarks of the Internet-based new economy is the sharing of information resources and knowledge. Today, the concept of “knowledge sharing” is sweeping the world, talent sharing is also debating. Talent sharing is a challenge to enterprise ownership, regional ownership and state ownership of talents, and objectively requires the allocation of human resources from a wider perspective, greater scope and higher efficiency. This is a brand-new topic that China faces after its accession to the WTO.
