箱体零件在自动线上加工需要多次换位,由于换位把自动线分成若干段,段与段之间需设换位装置,使自动线复杂化。本文介绍采用机械手代替换位装置。因为工作换位是在空中完成的,所以全线只用一条输送带和一套排屑装置,减少了投资,简化了自动线的工作程序和控制系统,提高了运转的可靠性,缩短了生产节拍。
