摆动辗压是六十年代中期发展起来的新工艺,以连续局部变形代替传统锻造方法的整体变形,适合于各种平面回转件薄片件的成形。它可以进行冷辗、热辗或半热辗。本文简要介绍了摆动辗压的工作原理,公称压力为200吨的摆动辗压机结构,高速钢摆动辗压工艺试验。文中说明此压机已应用于高速钢锯片铣刀小批生产,不论在劳动条件、生产效率、锻件质量方面,均较传统锻造方法有很大提高和改善。文章指出:由于模具热处理问题未得到彻底解决,所以这项新工艺仍停留在中间试验阶段。附图8幅。
Swing rolling is a new technology developed in the mid-1960s. It uses continuous local deformation instead of the traditional deformation of the forging method and is suitable for the forming of various flat rotary parts.
