目的:观察中西医结合治疗流行性角结膜炎的疗效。方法:将23例(46只眼)流行性角结膜炎患者分为中西医结合治疗组13例(26只眼)和对照组10例(20只眼)。两组均用西药01%无环鸟苷眼液、01%病毒唑眼液、润舒眼液交替点眼,日5～6次,晚睡前涂05%红霉素眼膏1次。治疗组加用中药。结果:中西医结合组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为80%。结论:中西医结合治疗流行性角结膜炎,有更显著效果。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis. Methods: Twenty-three patients (46 eyes) with keratoconjunctivitis were divided into three groups (26 eyes) and the control group (20 eyes). Both groups were treated with western medicine 01% acyclovir eye drops, 01% viral azole eye drops, eye drops Runzhu alternately points, day 5 to 6 times, before going to sleep painted 05% erythromycin ointment 1 times. Treatment group plus traditional Chinese medicine. Results: The total effective rate of Integrative Medicine group was 100%, the control group, the total effective rate was 80%. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis, have a more significant effect.
