空气压缩机(简称:空压机)是一种靠压缩空气来提高气体压力的机械,广泛被应用于钢铁、纺织、筑路、矿山和化工等行业,为各种功能不同的设备提供动力,例如可以配合电磁阀用在气缸上,推动工件进行位置变换,也可以用在纺织除尘设备上,直接吹开棉絮和灰尘,确保环境符合工艺要求。空压机的安全运行与否,直接影响到相关生产的质量和效益。越来越多的生产场合,要求控制空压机的装置有较高的自动化水平,采用微机控制是空压机的发展趋势。生产企业迫切需要一整套功能完善、能长期安全稳定运行的、有一定的自检报错的装置。考虑到以上因素,怎样保证空压机可靠运行,使矿业产生最大的效益,是一个亟待解决的重要问题。
