人力资源管理是一门实践性很强的学科,现代职业教育是服务经济社会发展需要,面向经济社会发展和生产服务一线,培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才并促进全体劳动者可持续职业发展的教育类型,实现“零培训”上岗更是用人单位的目标。人力资源管理专业实训基地为提高教学质量、实现高素质技术应用型人才培养目标提供了重要保障。本文结合绵阳职业技术学院人力资源管理实训基地实际,分别就人力资源管理专业实训基地建设的目标、意义、校内实训基地建设、校外实训基地开拓进行思考。
Human resource management is a highly practical discipline. In this paper, combined with the actual human resource management training base in Mianyang Polytechnic, this paper discusses the goal and significance of the construction of human resource management practice training base, the construction of training base inside the school, and the opening of practical training base outside the university.
