河南省委书记徐光春在支援江油市恢复重建动员会上强调:“我们要把江油市看成是河南的第159个县,纳入到全省国民经济和社会发展的整体计划之中!”时任代省长的郭庚茂也掷地有声地说:“援建任务不完成不停工,灾区群众不满意不收兵,江油面貌不改变不罢休!”
