新的发展时期使得我国的企业也有着诸多的变化。企业间的竞争也在这一发展过程中愈加的激烈,信息经济正在进一步的对传统企业的生产以及管理和经营的方式得到改变。企业的信息化管理就成了在市场激烈竞争中获取优势的关键,多以加强企业的信息化管理能促进企业的健康长久发展。但在实际当中,我国的企业信息化管理还有着诸多问题有待进一步解决.这些问题的出现对企业的信息化管理形成了很大的阻碍。基于此该文则主要就企业的信息化管理中的诸多问题进行详细分析,并结合实际探索相应的应对策略,希望通过此次的理论研究对实际操作起到一定指导作用。
The new period of development makes our country’s enterprises also have a lot of changes. The competition among enterprises is also becoming more and more intense in this process of development. The information economy is further changing the production, management and operation of traditional enterprises. Enterprise information management has become the key to gain the advantage in the fierce market competition, and more to strengthen the management of enterprise information can promote the healthy long-term development of enterprises. However, in reality, there are still many problems to be solved in the management of enterprise information in our country.The emergence of these problems has greatly hindered the management of enterprise information. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes many problems in the information management of enterprises and explores corresponding coping strategies in the light of the actual conditions. It is hoped that this theoretical study will play a guiding role in practical operation.
