1980年至1981年两年的试验结果表明:我国玉米大斑病菌存在着两个生理小种,即生理小种1号和生理小种2号。病菌标样采自辽宁、广西、浙江、陕西、黑龙江等地玉米大斑病菌共105个标样,病菌经分离培养接种在具有Ht_1、,Ht_2单基因抗性寄主以及多基因抗性寄主上。测定结果证明:接种在具有Ht_1、Ht_2单基因抗性寄主上表现为褪绿斑的菌株,属于生理小种1号,其毒力公式为Ht_1Ht_2/O(有效抗性基因/无效寄主基因)。接种在具Ht_1单基因抗性寄主上表现有毒力产生萎蔫斑,而对Ht_2鉴别寄主表现无毒力产生褪绿斑的菌株属于生理小种2号,其毒力公式为Ht~2/Ht~1。目前玉米大斑病菌生理小种2号只在辽宁发现,尤以丹东地区出现频率较高。
The results of two years from 1980 to 1981 showed that there are two physiological races in China, namely Physiological Race 1 and Physiological Race 2. A total of 105 standard samples of S. turcica were collected from Liaoning, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Shaanxi and Heilongjiang provinces. The pathogens were isolated and inoculated on Ht 1, Ht 2 single gene resistant host and multi-gene resistant host. The results showed that the strain inoculated with Ht_1 and Ht_2 on the single-gene-resistant host showed chlorotic plague and belonged to Physiological Race 1, and its virulence formula was Ht_1Ht_2 / O (effective resistance gene / null host gene). Inoculated with Ht 1 single-gene-resistant host showed virulence to produce wilting spots, while the host Ht 2 virulence showed non-virulence strains of gilts belonging to the physiological race 2, the virulence formula Ht ~ 2 / Ht ~ 1. The current turcicum coronatus race 2 only found in Liaoning, especially in Dandong area higher frequency.
