In this paper, three conjunctival microcirculation tests were performed on 25 young people in the same group who entered the plateau in January, fast (5 days) into the third day of 5380m altitude and live in the area for 1 year. Results: Compared with the previous plateau, the sartorius arteries contracted in the first plateau. The fine veins were seeding, the blood flow was more granular and flowed slowly, the erythrocytes were aggregated and the edema of the tube was significant (p <0.01) Vascular morphology, blood flow, and perivascular status were significantly changed (p <0.01 or p <0.05). The weighted integrals of 21 observation indexes increased significantly (P <0.01 or P <0.05) in the plateaus than those in the plateaus, and reached the highest in the plateau (P <0.01 or P <0). 05).
