5月以来,我国多地遭遇强降雨袭击,一些地方发生洪涝灾害,并引发山体滑坡和泥石流等次生灾害,导致数百万人受灾,广大人民群众生命财产和城乡基础设施遭受重大损失。随着全球气候变化,近年来,我国洪涝灾害呈多发频发重发态势。在党中央、国务院的坚强领导下,地方各级党委、政府和有关部门精心组织,广大军民全力抗灾,夺取了防灾减灾和抗灾救灾的一个又一个胜利。 Since May, many of our country have suffered heavy rains and ravages. Millions of people have been affected and the lives and property of the broad masses of people and the urban and rural infrastructure have suffered heavy losses. With the global climate change, in recent years, China’s frequent floods and disasters have been recurrent.
