目的:了解间变性大细胞淋巴瘤与埃泼斯坦- 巴尔( E B) 病毒的关系。方法:采用原位杂交及免疫组化 L S A B 法对12 例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤( A L C L) 进行 E B V 编码的 R N A( E B E Rs) 及 E B V 潜伏膜蛋白( L M P1) 和潜在膜抗原( E B N A2) 检测。结果:本组12 例 A L C L 中 E B E Rs 阳性率为25% (3/12) ;12 例 A L C L L M P1 检出率为8.3% , E B N A2 检出率为0(0/ 12) ;12 例 A L C L 免疫表型,8 例为 T 源性,3 例为 B 源性,1 例非 B 非 T;12 例 Ber H2 均阳性。结论:本结果表明 E B 病毒感染与部分 A L C L 关系密切,可能在其发病中起着重要作用。
Objective: To understand the relationship between anaplastic large cell lymphoma and the Epstein-Barr virus. METHODS: E B V-encoded R N A (E B E Rs) and E B V latency for 12 degenerative large cell lymphomas (ALC L) using in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical L S A B methods. Membrane Proteins (L M P1) and Latent Membrane Antigens (E B N A2) Assays. Results: The positive rate of E B E Rs in 12 cases of A L C L in this group was 25% (3/12); the detection rate of A L C L L M P1 in 12 cases was 8.3%, and E B N A2 was detected. The rate was 0 (0/12); 12 cases had an A L C L immunophenotype, 8 cases were T-derived, 3 cases were B-derived, and 1 case was non-B non-T; 12 cases of Ber H2 were positive. Conclusion: This result shows that E B virus infection is closely related to some A L C L and may play an important role in its pathogenesis.
