国企是我国全面建设小康社会的重要力量,是中国特色社会主义的重要支柱,是我们党执政的重要经济基础,是增强国有经济活力、控制力、影响力的主要力量,为我国经济的可持续增长提供了稳定可靠、高效有序的基础服务,近年来,伴随着国企的发展壮大,企业文化建设工作不断改进、创新、发展,初步形成了相对完整的企业文化体系,得到了企业广大干部员工的普遍认可,积累了诸多成功做法和经验。
State-owned enterprises are an important force for China’s building a well-off society in an all-round way, an important pillar of socialism with Chinese characteristics, an important economic foundation for our party’s governance, and a major force for strengthening the vitality, control, and influence of the state-owned economy, and for the sustainable development of our country’s economy. The growth has provided a stable, reliable, efficient, and orderly basic service. In recent years, along with the development and expansion of state-owned enterprises, corporate culture construction has been continuously improved, innovated, and developed. A relatively complete corporate culture system has been initially formed and employees of the company’s cadres have been received. The universal recognition has accumulated many successful practices and experiences.
