为了解矽肺病人心电图情况,我们选择经省、地、矿矽肺诊断小组会诊确定我矿部分矽肺病人200例进行了心电图检查分析。200例矽肺病人临床分期为Ⅰ期34例、Ⅱ期120例、Ⅲ期46例;均为男性成人,其年龄最大者73岁,最小者30岁,接尘工龄最长25年,最短5年。选择健康矿工40例作为正常对照组。常规记录心电图Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVR、
To understand the electrocardiogram of patients with silicosis, we chose to diagnose 200 cases of partial silicosis in mine by the provincial, terrestrial, mineral silicosis diagnostic team consultation for ECG analysis. The clinical stage of 200 patients with silicosis was stage Ⅰ in 34 cases, stage Ⅱ in 120 cases and stage Ⅲ in 46 cases; all of them were male adults. The oldest was 73 years old, the smallest was 30 years old. The longest service life of dust was 25 years and the shortest was 5 years . Select 40 healthy miners as a normal control group.
