在毛主席“抓革命,促生产”伟大方针指引下,我省农业战线战低温,夺丰收取得了显著成效。为了进一步战胜低温,种好冬小麦,为明年丰产打下基础,省农业科学院于八月二十八日、二十九日在海城县邀请海城、复县、盖县、绥中、凌源等部分小麦产区具有丰产经验的贫下中农、战斗在第一线的基层干部和技术人员共二十六人一起座谈讨论了战胜低温、种好冬小麦有关问题。省农林局十分重视这次会议,派同志到会指导。旅大、营口、锦州农学院,也派人参加了这次会议。
