本刊从1992年第5期起,开展了“秘书工作怎样适应领导工作需要”的专题讨论。今刊发彭沉雷同志的《探讨秘书工作基本规律的一点思路》一文,既是前一阶段讨论的小结性文章,也为今后秘书工作规律的研究提供一点思路。专题讨论虽然暂告段落,但关于秘书工作如何适应领导工作,如何探索和把握秘书工作规律,仍是秘书学理论和实践的重要课题,欢迎广大读者继续惠稿。
Since its publication in the fifth issue of 1992, this magazine has conducted a special discussion on “How Secretary Work can Meet the Needs of Leadership”. This article published by Comrade Peng Shenlei, “A Brief Discussion on the Basic Rules of Secretary Work,” is both a summary of the articles discussed in the previous stage and a way of thinking for the study on the work rules of secretaries in the future. Although the symposium tentatively put the paragraph, but on how to adapt to the work of secretary leadership work, how to explore and grasp the work of the secretary, secretary theory and practice is still an important issue, welcome readers continue to benefit.
