To assess the level of chickenpox antibody in healthy people in Xicheng District of Beijing and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases. A total of 220 healthy people who lived in Xicheng District for more than 6 months were selected as the survey subjects. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine varicella IgG antibody. At the same time, the medical history, immunization history and demographic characteristics were collected through questionnaire. The results showed that the positive rate of chickenpox IgG was 73.64%, the positive rate was 89.19%, and the median of antibody was 1070IU / ml. There was no significant difference in the positive rate and median of chickenpox antibody between different sexes and different household registration. Immunization history crowd varicella antibody positive rate and the median were higher than those without immune history. In different age groups, the positive rate of chicken pox antibody and antibody median difference was statistically significant. <1 year old group chicken pox antibody positive rate and the lowest. Antibody positive rate and median in 5 ~ age group were also lower. There is a history of immunization in the population, 3 to 6 years after vaccination, antibody positive rate and the lowest median. The above results predict that the recent occurrence of chickenpox do not occur in Xicheng District. However, monitoring of chickenpox epidemics should continue. When a chickenpox outbreak occurs in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, it is recommended that children vaccinated for a second immunization with a history of immunization for more than 3 years should be given a second dose of varicella vaccine.
