以西兰花为试材,采用室内盆栽试验,设置了习惯施肥、优化无机肥与不同微生物肥配施处理,进行优化施肥措施筛选。结果表明:优化施肥处理提高西兰花株高、茎粗,地上部干重、鲜重,总干重、鲜重等生物学性状;提高土壤速效磷、速效钾含量;增加土壤微生物数量;促进植株吸收氮磷钾养分。施用含有细菌的微生物肥料能显著提高土壤细菌含量。与单施无机肥料相比,增施微生物肥料降低植株氮含量,提高钾含量;其中丰满囤生物肥效果较好。
Taking broccoli as the test material, indoor pot experiment was used to set up the habitual fertilization, optimize the application of inorganic fertilizers and different microbial fertilizers, and optimize the fertilization measures. The results showed that optimizing fertilization could improve the biological characteristics of broccoli such as plant height, stem diameter, shoot dry weight, fresh weight, total dry weight and fresh weight; increase soil available P and available K; increase soil microbial quantity; Absorbed nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients. Application of microbial fertilizer containing bacteria can significantly increase soil bacterial content. Compared with single application of inorganic fertilizers, application of microbial fertilizer to reduce plant nitrogen content and increase potassium content; which plump hoarding biological fertilizer better.
