(一)疫情报告1.个案报告。各级各类医疗机构应按照《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》和《传染病信息报告管理规范》的有关规定,对符合病例定义的手足口病病例进行报告。如为重症病例,请在“重症患者”处选择“是”;如为实验室诊断病例,请在“实验室结果”处选择相应的肠道病毒病
