~(60)Coγ射线对天宝香蕉试管芽的辐照试验结果表明:供试试管芽材料因大小不同对~(60)Coγ射线所表现的敏感性有明显的差异.其中以2.0-5.0mml/2纵切芽体最敏感,其次是2.0-5.0mm芽,而5.0~10.0mm芽最不敏感,它们的半致死剂量(LD_(50))分别是49.299Gy、57.431Gy和68.191Gy。~(60)Coγ射线对供试试管芽的生长量和芽增殖数有明显的影响,其严重度与剂量水平成负相关。它们的相关系数(r)分别为-0.879,-0.906。
Irradiation experiments of ~ (60) Coγ-ray on the tube shoots of Tianbao showed that there were obvious differences in sensitivity of ~ (60) Coγ-ray to test tube shoots due to different sizes. Among them, 2.0-5.0mml / 2 was the most sensitive to the longitudinal cut buds, followed by 2.0-5.0mm buds, while the 5.0 ~ 10.0mm buds were the least sensitive, and their LD50 (LD_ 50)) are 49.299Gy, 57.431Gy and 68.191Gy, respectively. The effect of ~ (60) Coγ-ray on the growth of shoots and bud multiplication of test tube had obvious effect, and its severity was negatively correlated with the dose level. Their correlation coefficients (r) were -0.879, -0.906 respectively.
