宝钢考核站一年来共办班77个,培训考核各项目人员2845人次,并为二级厂、部考核多能工兼职特种作业人员561人次,协助冶建单位考核1045人次。经考核站考核的总人数达4451人次。据公司安环处反映,经考核站培训考核的人员,上岗后事故明显下降,为宝钢1993年死亡事故为零、重大事故的减少、职工安全生产意识及持有效证上岗率的提高做出了突出贡献。
Baosteel’s assessment station has completed 77 classes in a year, trained and assessed 2845 person-times for various project personnel, and assessed 561 person-time special-function workers for multiple-energy and part-time jobs for secondary plants and departments, and assisted metallurgical organizations to evaluate 1,045 person-times. The total number of people assessed by the assessment station reached 4,451.
