一、运动疗法降低血压的机理1.耐力锻炼和有氧训练可使迷走神经系统张力增加,血中儿茶酚胺浓度下降,缓解小动脉痉挛。2.运动训练时活动肌群内血管扩张,毛细血管密度和数量增加,血液循环和代谢改善,总外周阻力降低,使血压下降。多数情况下一次运动后的血压平均值均低于运动前,长期训练后静态下血压也趋于正常。
