目的探讨蒙古族人群炎症标志物与血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和血浆肾素活性(PRA)的关系。方法对2 589名蒙古族研究对象进行人口统计学等资料的收集、血压等的测量,以及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、可溶性E选择素(sE-selectin)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)以及AngⅡ和PRA的检测,用Logistic回归模型分析各炎症标志物水平与AngⅡ和PRA异常的关系。结果 PRA异常组的sE-selectin显著高于PRA正常组(18.9 ng/ml vs 17.5ng/ml,P<0.001);与sE-selectin的最低分位数水平组比较,第4分位数水平组PRA异常的多因素调整比值比(OR)值(95%CI)为1.42(1.08~1.87)。AngⅡ异常组的CRP(6.3 mg/L vs 5.5 mg/L)和sICAM-1(335.3 ng/ml vs314.4 ng/ml)均显著高于正常组(P<0.001);与CRP的最低分位水平组比较,第4分位数水平组对AngⅡ异常的多因素调整OR值(95%CI)为1.94(1.44~2.60);与sICAM-1的最低分位者比较,第4分位者对AngⅡ异常的多因素调整OR值(95%CI)为1.44(1.11~1.87)。结论 CRP和sICAM-1水平升高与AngⅡ异常相关联,sE-selectin水平升高与PRA异常相关联。
Objective To investigate the relationship between inflammatory markers and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) and plasma renin activity (PRA) in Mongolian population. Methods A total of 2 589 Mongolian subjects were collected for demographic data collection, blood pressure measurement, and serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), sE-selectin, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule- 1 sICAM-1) and AngⅡand PRA. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between the levels of each inflammatory marker and the abnormalities of Ang Ⅱ and PRA. Results The level of sE-selectin in the abnormal PRA group was significantly higher than that in the normal PRA group (18.9 ng / ml vs 17.5 ng / ml, P <0.001). Compared with the lowest quantile level of sE-selectin, The multiple factor adjusted odds ratio (OR) (95% CI) for abnormal PRA was 1.42 (1.08-1.87). Conclusion The elevated levels of CRP and sICAM-1 are associated with abnormal AngⅡ. Elevated sE-selectin levels are associated with abnormal PRA.
