目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管息肉的有效性和安全性。方法应用输尿管镜钬激光技术治疗输尿管息肉患者18例,其中上段14例,中段3例,下段1例,并发输尿管结石6例。结果术后随访3个月,15例疗效满意,肾积水明显改善,保护了肾功能;1例发生输尿管狭窄,1例残留结石,1例发生输尿管穿孔。结论输尿管镜钬激光技术是治疗输尿管纤维上皮息肉安全、有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral polyps. Methods Ureteroscopic holmium laser was used to treat 18 cases of ureteral polyps, of which 14 cases were in the upper segment, 3 in the middle segment, 1 in the lower segment, and 6 were ureteral calculi. Results The patients were followed up for 3 months. The results of 15 cases were satisfactory, and the hydronephrosis was significantly improved. The renal function was protected. One case had ureteral stricture, one case had residual stones and one case had ureteral perforation. Conclusions Ureteroscopic holmium laser is a safe and effective method for the treatment of ureteral fibroepithelial polyps.
