在图书馆服务中,信息服务是其核心服务,随着信息技术的不断发展,传统的信息服务方式已经无法满足当前图书馆信息服务需求。微信作为一款快速发展的智能手机应用交流手段,几乎成为绝大多数智能手机用户各种软件中必备软件,为了更好地为读者进行信息服务,国内部分图书馆已经开始将微信服务应用到图书馆信息服务中。本文主要从微信在图书馆信息服务中应用的可能性出发,对移动智能时代图书馆信息服务如何充分应用“微信”服务进行探讨。
In the library service, information service is its core service. With the continuous development of information technology, the traditional way of information service has been unable to meet the current library information service needs. As a rapid development of smart phone application communication, WeChat has almost become the necessary software for most smart phone users. In order to better serve the readers, some domestic libraries have begun to apply the WeChat service Library information service. Based on the possibility of WeChat’s application in library information service, this article discusses how to fully utilize the “WeChat” service of library information service in mobile intelligent era.
