我县是三峡工程库区重点搬迁县之一。三峡工程的兴建,对我县财政主要靠农业收入为税收来源,属温饱不稳定型的贫困县,用辩证的观点看,搬迁既是我县财政税收的较大损失,又是经济发展的大好机遇。在这千载难逢的机遇中,只要把握契机,坚持小平同志的“发展才是硬道理”的总体思想,立足本地山区优势,综合开发,堤内损失堤外补,是不难扭转财政困难局面的。
