目前水电站水轮机主轴密封装置采用的结构型式较多,根据水轮机结构特点、工作水头和工作水质的不同可选择不同的型式。黄河三门峡水电站,安装五台ZZ_(010)-LJ-600型轴流转浆式水轮机,单机容量5万千瓦,设计水头30米,系多泥沙水电站,其主轴密封结构分别采用三种型式:如图1-Ⅰ所示,简称“Ⅰ”型密封装置; 图1-Ⅱ所示,简称“Ⅱ”型密封装置; 图1-Ⅲ所示,简称“Ⅲ”型密封装置。这三种密封装置在主轴下法兰部位装有泵轮9。在运行中可以在泵轮出口处产生一压力
