风湿宁注射液在治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎中应用较为普遍。临床使用过程中尚未有引致过敏性休克病例报道,本院最近发生因应用风湿宁肌注致过敏性休克1例,报告如下。病者陈××,男,42岁,因患类风湿性关节炎10余年。一周来全身关节红肿酸痛于1992年10月13日来诊。予以风湿宁注射液(广东省罗浮山制药厂生产)2毫升肌注后,倾即自觉全身发热,头昏,胸闷,疲倦乏力,面色苍白,呼吸急促,脉搏细微,四肢湿冷,不省人事约10分钟。测血压5/10kPa,脉搏136次/分。心电图示:窦性心动过速。考虑为风湿宁注射液引致的过敏性休克。立即给予吸
