将邻溴苯甲酸甲酯制成格氏试剂后与醛类反应 ,以“一锅煮法”合成了 (± )— 3-烷基苯酞 1a～ 1d。产物经 IR、1HNMR和 MS确证为目标物。
The orthobromobenzoic acid methyl ester is made into Grignard reagent and reacted with aldehydes. The (±) - 3-alkyl phthalides 1a-1d were synthesized by one-pot method. The product was confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and MS as the target.
