为深入贯彻落实《民用建筑节能条例》、《海南省太阳能热水系统建筑应用管理办法》和《海南省绿色建筑行动实施方案》,进一步推动全省建筑节能相关工作,海南省住房和城乡建设厅近期组织了全省建筑节能及太阳能热水系统建筑应用工作专项监督检查,分别表扬和处罚了一批企业。经查,全省建筑节能设计阶段强制性标准执行率为98%以上,施工验收阶段强制性标准执行率为95%以上;截至2014年6月底,全省太阳能热水系统建筑应用施工报建面积累计达到3300万平方米;
