中国是一个拥有12亿人口的大国,要解决我国中低收入居民家庭的住宅问题,实现人民安居乐业,必须建立政策性住宅金融体制。政策性住宅金融是一个特殊的金融领域。围绕着中低收入需求者个人或家庭对住宅的购买、建造或修缮住宅资金供求活动所发生的金融关系、形式和方法的总和,构成了研究政策性住宅金融体制的内涵。从理论和实践两方面研究政策性住宅金融对推动我国住宅业发展,实现国家经济增长、社会文明与进步都具有现实意义。
China is a big country with a population of 1.2 billion. To solve the housing problem for low and middle-income families in China, and to make the people live and work in peace and contentment, China must establish a policy-oriented residential financial system. Policy residential finance is a special area of finance. The sum of the financial relationships, forms and methods surrounding the purchase, construction or renovation of housing fund supply and demand activities by individuals or families around low and medium-income consumers constitutes the connotation of studying the policy of residential financial system. To study the policy-oriented residential finance from both theoretical and practical aspects is of practical significance for promoting the development of China’s residential industry and realizing the country’s economic growth, social civilization and progress.
